Introduction

IZEME Platform, S.L. (Izeme) enables users to request deletion of accounts, personal data and OAuth integration tokens, in accordance with the GDPR and platform policies from Meta, Google and TikTok.

This page describes the official data-deletion process. It is the reference URL for compliance reviews (including Meta App Review).

How to request account deletion

To request closure and deletion of your Izeme account:

  • Email admin@izeme.io from the address associated with your account.
  • Use the subject line: “Account deletion request”.
  • Include your agency or organization name and, if possible, your account ID or login email.
  • Our team will verify the requester’s identity and proceed with account closure.
3

How to request deletion of personal data

You may exercise the right to erasure (and other GDPR rights) by contacting the data controller:

  • Email: admin@izeme.io
  • Recommended subject: “Personal data deletion request”.
  • Describe which data you want deleted (profile, leads, commercial history, etc.).
  • Izeme will respond within applicable legal timelines and perform deletion or anonymization where appropriate.

See also the Privacy Policy (data deletion and retention section).

4

Step-by-step process

Recommended flow to delete data and integrations:

  • Step 1 — Sign in at app.izeme.io.
  • Step 2 — Go to Settings → Integrations and disconnect Meta, Google Ads, TikTok or other connections you wish to revoke.
  • Step 3 — Optionally revoke access from the provider account (Meta Business, Google, TikTok for Business).
  • Step 4 — Email admin@izeme.io requesting account and/or personal data deletion.
  • Step 5 — You will receive acknowledgment and, after verification, confirmation that the request has been completed.
5

Deleting OAuth integration data

When you disconnect an OAuth integration in Izeme, associated access and refresh tokens are revoked and deleted from our systems to the extent technically permitted by the provider.

Data synchronized from the provider (e.g. campaign identifiers or aggregated metrics) stops updating and is deleted or anonymized when no longer required for the service purpose, except where legal retention applies.

6

What happens when you disconnect Meta

  • Izeme stops accessing the Meta Marketing API with your credentials.
  • Meta OAuth tokens stored in our systems are deleted.
  • Ad accounts, campaigns, Pages or Instagram professional accounts stop syncing.
  • You may also revoke the app in Meta Business Suite → Business settings → Integrations → Business apps.
7

What happens when you disconnect Google

  • Izeme stops accessing Google Ads API and/or Google Calendar API for the disconnected integration.
  • Associated Google OAuth tokens are deleted.
  • Ads campaign data or calendar events stop syncing, as applicable.
  • You may revoke access in your Google Account → Security → Third-party access.
8

What happens when you disconnect TikTok

  • Izeme stops accessing the TikTok Marketing API with your credentials.
  • TikTok OAuth tokens stored in our systems are deleted.
  • Advertiser accounts, campaigns and associated metrics stop syncing.
  • You may also revoke access in TikTok for Business / Ads Manager, according to the provider’s controls.
9

OAuth token deletion

Access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted while the integration remains active. When you disconnect the integration or delete the account:

  • Tokens are invalidated and removed from Izeme systems.
  • They are not reused to access provider data after disconnection.
  • If the provider still shows a pending authorization, you can revoke it directly in your provider account.
10

Retention periods

Data is retained as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations (e.g. billing or claims). Once those purposes are fulfilled:

  • Personal data is securely deleted or anonymized.
  • Temporary legal blocking may apply without operational use.
  • Deletion requests are handled within GDPR timelines (generally one month, extendable in complex cases).
