Izeme provides a technology platform for digital transformation of real estate agencies, including among others:

• Real estate lead-generation automation.
• Commercial management and opportunity tracking.
• Operational process automation.
• Analytics and performance metrics.
• CRM and commercial organization features.
• Technology tools related to real estate operations.
• Campaign management via OAuth integrations (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and others).

Accessing, registering for or using the platform implies acceptance of these Terms, the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you disagree, you must not use the service.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of registration data and for keeping credentials confidential. Unauthorized use of an account must be reported immediately.

• Accounts are intended for professional use by real estate agencies and their authorized teams.
• Izeme may request additional information to verify the client’s identity or legitimacy.
• Access to third-party features (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) requires explicit user OAuth authorization.

Users must use the platform in accordance with the law, these Terms and the instructions of integrated API providers.

• Do not use the service for unlawful activities, spam, fraud or infringement of third-party rights.
• Do not circumvent security measures, access other customers’ data or interfere with infrastructure.
• Do not resell access or assign the account without Izeme’s written authorization.
• Respect usage limits, quotas and OAuth permissions granted by each provider.

The platform, software, brands, designs and documentation are owned by IZEME Platform, S.L. or its licensors. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for the term of the contract.

Data from the client’s advertising accounts and calendars remains owned by the client; Izeme acts as an authorized management tool.

The platform may connect to third-party services via OAuth. Use of those services is subject to the provider’s terms. See alsoProduct and Integrations, as well as the Privacy Policy.

Izeme never publishes, creates, modifies, activates, pauses or deletes advertising campaigns automatically without user intervention.

Creating, modifying, activating, pausing or deleting campaigns (including those managed through Google Ads, Meta Marketing API, TikTok Marketing API or other integrations) always requires an explicit action by the authenticated user in the platform.

• OAuth integrations enable authorized access; they do not imply automatic publishing.
• Any change to campaigns, budgets or statuses must be consciously initiated from the Izeme interface by a user with permissions.
• Clients retain control of their advertising accounts in each provider’s dashboards.

Izeme endeavors to keep a stable service, subject to scheduled maintenance or incidents beyond its control. Features, pricing or these Terms may change; material changes will be communicated by reasonable means.

To the extent permitted by law, Izeme shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the service or from third-party provider outages, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid (Spain).
