Product description
Izeme is a cloud SaaS platform for real estate agencies and commercial teams. Users access it via app.izeme.io.
- Multi-tenant model: each organization has its own isolated workspace.
- Users: agency administrators and authorized sales agents.
- Optional OAuth integrations: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Calendar.
- Izeme does not run campaigns on its own behalf; it enables management for each account owner.
Use of Google Ads API
Izeme uses the Google Ads API so authenticated users can manage their own advertising accounts from the application.
Purpose:
- Allow users to manage Google Ads campaigns from Izeme.
- Display metrics and performance in the analytics dashboard.
- Automate internal reporting for the real estate agency.
Access type: OAuth 2.0 — the user authorizes on Google's consent screen.
Read (data and operations queried):
- Advertising accounts (Customer ID), campaigns, ad groups and ads.
- Status, budgets, dates and campaign settings.
- Aggregated metrics: impressions, clicks, CTR, cost and conversions.
Write (depending on granted OAuth permissions):
- Create or pause campaigns and ad groups (depending on granted permissions).
- Adjust budgets and ad statuses authorized by the user.
Authorization flow:
- Sign in at app.izeme.io.
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Authorize OAuth permissions.
- Revoke anytime from the app or provider.
Data processed (examples):
- Customer ID and account or campaign names.
- Campaign status, budgets and dates.
- Aggregated advertising performance metrics.
Only after explicit consent from the authenticated user. Data is not sold or shared with third parties outside the service, except where legally required or with necessary technical processors.
Revocation: Disconnect in app.izeme.io → Integrations, or revoke access from the Google account.
Use of Meta Marketing API
Izeme allows connecting Meta advertising accounts (Facebook and Instagram Ads) via OAuth so agencies manage campaigns from one dashboard.
Purpose:
- Manage campaigns, ad sets and creatives on Meta.
- View performance metrics (reach, clicks, leads, cost).
- Unify advertising analytics with other capture channels.
Access type: OAuth 2.0 — the user signs in and authorizes permissions on Meta.
Read (data and operations queried):
- Ad account identifiers, campaigns and ad sets.
- Status, budgets, dates and campaign settings.
- Aggregated performance metrics and insights.
Write (depending on granted OAuth permissions):
- Create or modify campaigns and ad sets (depending on permissions).
- Adjust budgets and statuses when authorized on Meta.
Authorization flow:
- Sign in at app.izeme.io.

Use of TikTok Marketing API
Izeme integrates TikTok Ads via OAuth so users manage TikTok campaigns from the platform.
Purpose:
- Manage TikTok Ads campaigns and creatives.
- View performance and cost metrics.
- Coordinate multi-channel capture (Google, Meta, TikTok) from Izeme.
Access type: OAuth 2.0 — authorization on TikTok for Business.

- Advertiser accounts, campaigns, ad groups and metrics.
Write (depending on granted OAuth permissions):
- Modify campaigns and budgets per granted scopes.
Authorization flow:
- Sign in at app.izeme.io.

Use of Google Calendar API
Izeme may sync the user's Google Calendar to schedule commercial visits and check availability after explicit OAuth authorization.
Purpose:
- Schedule visits and avoid appointment conflicts.
- Show commercial availability in the CRM.
Access type: OAuth 2.0 — calendar permissions on Google.
Read (data and operations queried):
- Events, availability and calendar metadata within granted scopes.
Write (depending on granted OAuth permissions):
- Create or update events authorized by the user.
Authorization flow:
- Sign in at app.izeme.io.
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Authorize OAuth permissions.
- Revoke anytime from the app or provider.
Data processed (examples):

Only after explicit consent from the authenticated user. Data is not sold or shared with third parties outside the service, except where legally required or with necessary technical processors.
Revocation: Disconnect in app.izeme.io or revoke access from the Google account.
Security
- Organization isolation (tenant): one agency's data is not accessible to another.
- OAuth tokens stored encrypted on the server; never exposed in the frontend.
- Third-party API access limited to scopes authorized in each connection.
- Any integration can be revoked from the app or from the provider.
